Prachi Samant comes to Mission with over nine years of experience in data mining, statistical modeling, and data visualization, a master’s degree in Applied and Computational Mathematics and three levels in Actuarial exams (CAS). Data is her love because she is enthralled by looking at data from different angles, providing analysis, and meaningful insights.
Her previous roles include being an HR Data Analyst for the District, where she was responsible for MIS data reporting, implementation of the Advocate product, and Argos report development. She has worked for eBay as a lead Data Analyst who analyzed campaign data, and performed A/B testing. She also worked for GE developing end-to-end data products and actuarial modeling.
Prachi's interests include creating PBI dashboards and Argos reports to empower Mission in making data-informed decisions, systems validations, identifying and addressing process gaps.
In her leisure time, Prachi spends time painting, travelling, and connecting with people.
