A transcript is an official document showing all the courses you have taken and the grades, grade points, and degrees you have received.
The West Valley Mission Community College District produces a single district transcript of courses completed or in progress from both Mission College and West Valley College, including credit, International Student Services, and Community Education classes. Midterm grades do not appear.
Please Note: All student records prior to Fall 1976 can only be requested through West Valley College.

Rush paper transcript orders are available for in-person requests. A $20.00 fee is charged for each rush transcript order. Rush orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. There are no refunds once the order is placed.
The first two (2) standard paper, non-rush, official transcripts, whether ordered at Mission or West Valley College, are free. Thereafter, additional transcripts orders are $6.00 each. Unfortunately, there are no first two (2) free transcripts for Electronic/PDF versions and a charge of $6 is always required.
Transcript orders are processed and mailed out within 5-10 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Transcripts from Other Colleges
Official or unofficial transcripts received from other schools/colleges will not be forwarded or released. Students may not obtain copies of transcripts from other schools/colleges through Mission College.
Students must request copies of transcripts from other schools/colleges directly from those other institutions.
Other Items of Note
When sending transcripts, Mission College cannot assure that your mailed transcripts will reach its destination.
Once the transcript leaves our college, it is the responsibility of the U.S. postal service. Lost transcripts may result in having to request and pay for additional transcripts.
- ALL standard (non-rush order) transcripts are processed and mailed or sent electronically, as requested, within 5-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- All outgoing paper transcripts must be mailed or picked up at Admissions and Records (SEC 118.) Paper transcripts are not faxed or emailed to recipients.
